Product Description

The fabric layer of coated water hoses is classified into three weaving types: large-weave, pure large-weave, and small-large-weave. These can be distinguished by color: pure large-weave is white, large-weave is green, and small-large-weave is finer. The pressure rating is 4 kilograms /6 kilogram /8 Kilograms; the pipe diameters are mainly 2 inches, 2.5 inches, and 3 inches.

Qualified plastic-coated water hoses shall meet the following specifications:

① The fabric layer of the water hose shall be uniformly woven with a neat surface, free from skipped warp yarns, broken warp yarns, skipped weft yarns, and scratches.

② Water hose lining (or cover layer ) The thickness shall be uniform, and the surface shall be smooth and flat, free from wrinkles or other defects.

③ Inner diameter size of the water hose Same as the annotated dimensions.

④ The design working pressure and burst pressure of the water hose shall not be less than Design requirements.
