Product Description
The Venturi fertilizer injector, also known as the Venturi fertilizer aspirator, operates by adjusting a ball valve to create a pressure differential across the constricted section of the pipeline, thereby drawing fertilizer into the piping system.
Product models: Φ32, Φ40, Φ50, Φ63, Φ75, Φ90.
Product advantages: ① The Venturi fertilizer injector has a simple structure (composed of plastic pipe fittings, a ball valve, and a suction hose for fertilizer), is low-cost, and easy to use.
② Primarily suitable for small-scale micro-irrigation systems (ideal for small areas).
③ No external power equipment is required.
④ Compared with pressure-difference fertilizer tanks, its advantage is that it can maintain a stable fertilizer solution concentration.
Installation and operating requirements for Venturi fertilizer injectors:
The Venturi fertilizer injector shall be used in conjunction with a filter; the installation sequence is to apply fertilizer first, followed by filtration. This prevents undissolved fertilizer from entering the pipeline system and clogging the emitters. A check valve must be installed between the fertilizer injector and the water source to prevent pesticide-fertilizer solutions from contaminating the water supply. After irrigation is complete, the system should be flushed with clean water, among other precautions.
