Product Description

PVC internal-thread straight connectors are manufactured from high-quality engineering plastic. One end features an internal thread, while the other end is a socket for spigot connection. Before joining, thoroughly clean both the inside of the socket and the outside of the PVC pipe, then allow the joint to set undisturbed for a period of time before conducting a water pressure test; the system must remain sealed for 24 hours prior to testing. At this point, the PVC pipe effectively has an “internal thread.” The connector can then be joined with external-thread fittings; for transitions to PE piping, use a PE external-thread locking straight connector, or connect to mesh filters and other components as required.
