Drip Micro-Sprinkler Irrigation in Greenhouses 1. The micro-sprinkler system comprises a water source, water supply pump, control valves, filters, fertilizer injectors, delivery pipes, and micro-sprinkler heads. It is recommended to use PE pipes with a diameter of 4–5 mm for the hanging main pipe, 16–20 mm for the branch pipes, and 32 mm for the main trunk pipe, all with a wall thickness of 2 mm. The spacing between micro-sprinkler heads should be 2.8–3 m, with an operating pressure of 0.18 MPa. A single-phase water supply pump (submersible pumps are also suitable) with a flow rate of 8–12 L/h is preferred, ensuring excellent clog resistance and uniform atomization of the spray. During installation, two branch pipes should be spaced 2.6 m apart; expansion bolts are to be fixed along the length of the greenhouse at a height of 2 m above the ground, securing the wire and branch pipes to these bolts.
The micro-sprinkler system comprises a water source, water supply pump, control valves, filters, fertilizer injector, delivery pipes, and micro-sprinkler heads; the diameter of the suspension pipe is selected. 4-5 Millimeters, branch pipe diameter 16 -20 Millimeters, main diameter 32 Millimeters, wall thickness 2 millimeters of PE Pipe, micro-sprinkler spacing 2.8 rice -3 Rice, work pressure 0.18 Megapascal, single-phase water pump ( All submersible pumps are acceptable. ) Traffic 8-12 rise / hours, and it must exhibit excellent clog resistance; the micro-sprinkler nozzles should produce uniformly atomized mist. During installation, two lateral pipes should be spaced at 2.6 Install the expansion bolts along the length of the shed, at a distance from the ground. 2 At the designated location, secure the wire and branch pipe, then connect and install the suspension pipe and elbow, and finally mount the micro-sprinkler in an inverted configuration.
1. After the micro-sprinkler system is installed, inspect the water supply pump, flush the filters and the main and branch pipelines, and then drain the water. 2 After a few minutes, seal the end of the line; if any issues are found at the connections, address them promptly. If a micro-sprinkler fails to deliver water, immediately shut off the water supply, inspect the spray orifice, and remove any debris from the nozzle. However, do not attempt to enlarge the orifice yourself, as this could compromise the performance of the micro-sprinkler. At the same time, verify that the filter is in good condition.
, During micro-sprinkler irrigation, the water supply pressure is maintained at 0.18 working pressure of megapascals. Micro-sprinkler irrigation is generally scheduled for the morning or afternoon, as irrigation at these times allows soil temperature to rise rapidly. The duration and frequency of watering can be adjusted according to the crop’s growth stage and water requirements. Measurements have shown that during the high-temperature season, micro-irrigation 20 Minutes, can cool down 6–8 degrees Celsius. Because micro-sprinkler irrigation delivers water directly onto the crop foliage, it facilitates foliar absorption, thereby preventing the spread of pests and diseases while promoting crop growth.
Micro-sprinkler irrigation enables fertigation, thereby enhancing fertilizer efficiency. Use highly soluble chemical fertilizers: first dissolve them, then connect the fertilizer valve and fertilizer tank, open the valve, adjust the main valve, and wait until water flows through the connecting pipe. One micro-sprinkling application 15-20 It can be completed in just a few minutes. Based on water requirements, continue micro-sprinkling after fertilization has ceased. 3-5 Clean the pipes and micro-sprinklers for a few minutes.
