As the internal pressure increases, the radial clamping force exerted by the seal on the sealing surface also increases automatically, thereby enlarging the contact area and ensuring a reliable seal.

    The T-ring is easy to use and is primarily employed when installing a bypass by drilling a hole in a PVC pipe. Because PVC pipes are relatively rigid, directly installing a bypass after drilling a hole with an electric drill can result in poor sealing and subsequent leakage. However, by first placing the T-ring over the hole and then installing the bypass, the seal becomes exceptionally tight, ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection.
